Shipping

There is no additional charge for shipping and processing of orders by Associated Industries for the Blind for orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states using standard shipping methods. Freight charges may be incurred for orders not supported by standard shipping methods.

Shipping & Shortage Claims

Merchandise shortages and damages must be reported to Associated Industries for the Blind within 2 (two) business days of receipt of the delivery. Associated Industries for the Blind is not held liable for deliveries where the transportation company has a signed confirmation of the delivery in good condition. Associated Industries for the Blind may, when possible, assist the consignee with the claims against a transportation company.
